Our 10 studio apartments are located just within one minute walk from Hotel SÜD and represent an attractive alternative to hotel accommodation particularly for long-term guests. The apartments' modern ambience with a homey touch makes it easy for our guests to feel just like home right from the start.

Each of our efficiently furnished apartments is devided in an anteroom, a combined living and bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A guest laundry room with washing machine and dryer can be used around the clock.

Sufficient parking possibilities, directly in front of the hotel or in our underground car park, and an excellent infrastructure (shopping, eating out, medical practices, drugstore, hairdresser, massage centre, gym, bike shop...) attractively complete our residential concept. 

Located right along a nature recreation area, our studio apartments can be  recommended in particular to sporty and active guests. Distance to the city centre: 20 minutes by car or bus; bus stop right around the corner.
